Restoring Balance with Vestibular Physiotherapy

Dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance can seriously impact your quality of life. I offer vestibular rehabilitation to help manage symptoms related to BPPV, vestibular neuritis, and other inner ear or balance disorders. With assessment and targeted exercises, I’ll help retrain your balance system and reduce your risk of falls

Support for Neurological Conditions

I work with adults living with neurological conditions such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and brain injuries.  My approach focuses on meaningful, goal-driven rehabilitation that fits into your life. Whether you're aiming to regain mobility, improve strength, or adapt to changes in daily function, I tailor sessions to what matters most to you.

Collaborative and Holistic Care

Physiotherapy is just one piece of your health puzzle. I coordinate care with your wider healthcare team—including your family doctor, Occupational Therapist, acupuncturist, or other specialists. With your permission, I can review relevant medical imaging reports to ensure your treatment plan is fully informed.

At Neuro Zone Physiotherapy, I also collaborate with experienced kinesiologists who may contribute to your rehabilitation plan, depending on your specific needs.

About Me

Neurological, Vestibular, and Facial Palsy Physiotherapy in Victoria, BC

As a physiotherapist based in Victoria, BC, I have a special interest in neurological physiotherapy, with a focus on facial palsy rehabilitation, and vestibular therapy. I primarily offer in-home physiotherapy services. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a variety of physiotherapy settings, but my passion lies in helping clients with facial nerve disorders like Bell’s palsy, and other neurological conditions (like stroke and Parkinson’s Disease) regain function and confidence.

Facial Palsy Physiotherapy Tailored to You

I provide individualized facial palsy physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home throughout Victoria and via telehealth across British Columbia. By working with you in your environment, I can tailor each treatment session to your unique needs and help you achieve your goals in the context of your daily life. My treatment approach is based on evidence-based techniques for facial neuromuscular retraining, focusing on improving symmetry and functional use of facial muscles over time.
